Every order ships free of charge with a tracking number, in a gift box.
Handmade to order: 3–5 business days
Each piece is made by hand after you order. Production takes 3–5 business days; personalised and gold pieces can take a little longer. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Delivery time
Delivery time after dispatch depends on your country and the carrier. The estimated delivery time is shown in your cart and checkout before you pay.
Customs & import fees
Our pieces are made and shipped from our workshop in Türkiye. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery. These are not included in our prices and are set by your country’s customs authority. If you have questions before ordering, please contact us.
Returns & cancellation
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal. All details – including deadlines and how to return an item – are in our Cancellation Policy.
Please note: items that are personalised or made to your individual specification (for example engraved with a name, initials, a date or a message, or custom designs) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within a few days of delivery with photos at info@aleppojewelry.com – we will make it right.
